Hi, I’m Alex. I’m an adaptive technical writer, with a passion for helping customers get the most out of their devices and digital services. I have over five years of experiencing developing support content for emerging products at Amazon, such as Amazon Halo, Echo Frames, and Buy with Prime. Before transitioning to technical writing, I specialized in data-driven journalism. My work has appeared on AOL, Yahoo, Huffington Post, MSN, SFGate and more. I graduated from Dartmouth College in 2016 with a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies.
